Hi, I am Prof. Ebenezer Adaku

Associate Consultant

Prof. Ebenezer Adaku holds a Doctorate in Civil and Environmental Engineering with a specialization in Infrastructure Economics and Systems from the University of Stuttgart, Germany. He also earned an MSc in Infrastructure Planning from the same university and a BSc (Honors) in Building Technology from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana. He is currently a lecturer in the Department of Management Science at the GIMPA School of Business, Ghana.

Prof. Adaku is an accomplished consultant and facilitator in the fields of Project Planning and Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, and Development Evaluation. With a wealth of experience and a broad skill set, he contributes extensively to consulting projects and training programs.

He has facilitated training sessions and workshops for a diverse range of institutions including government ministries, departments, agencies (MDAs), civil society organizations, banks, and law enforcement agencies. His portfolio includes engagements with Barclays Bank as a project management facilitator, customized monitoring and evaluation training for focal persons of the Ministry of Monitoring and Evaluation at GIMPA, and the organization of workshops on project planning and service operations management.

In executive education, he has co-facilitated high-impact programs such as the Senior Management Programme for Chief Directors at GIMPA and the African Governance Architecture (AGA) programme for the Top Five Young Innovators in Africa, an initiative by the African Union.

Prof. Adaku’s expertise spans project design, capacity building, and evaluation frameworks. He has provided consultancy and training services across various sectors, working with clients in Ghana, Liberia, and other African countries. His contributions have supported both public and private sector institutions in enhancing planning efficiency, accountability, and results-driven development.
