Dr. Patrick Ofei is a distinguished executive and consultant with over three decades of experience spanning academia, corporate finance, and organizational development. He earned a Doctor of Business Administration from California Southern University (USA) in 2017, a Master of Arts in Economics from Ohio University in 2001, a BSc in Accounting from Franklin University in 2004, and a BSc (Honours) in Administration (Banking and Finance) from the University of Ghana Business School in 1990.

Dr. Ofei currently serves as the Executive Director of Conscientia Management Institute, where he oversees business development strategy and human resource management. Formerly the Dean of the School of Business at Zenith University College, Accra, he demonstrated strong leadership in academic policy, program coordination, and curriculum development.

His expertise spans across Ghana, the United States, Canada, and South Africa. Dr. Ofei has held senior management positions at Shawbell Consulting Limited and played strategic roles in finance, administration, and supply chain management for a global technology and services provider. He has further honed his finance and leadership skills at prestigious institutions such as JP Morgan Chase Bank, Robert Half Finance and Accounting, and Loblaws Companies Limited.
