Bernice Obi Berko is a highly skilled and versatile professional with a Master’s degree in Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Ghana. At Conscientia Management Institute, Bernice served as the Finance and Administrative Manager, where she managed payments to external consultants, ensured compliance with statutory deductions, and handled cheque deposits for consultancy engagements. She also functioned as the institute’s Communication Manager, representing its activities to external stakeholders and producing monthly reports that offered valuable operational insights.

In her role as Marketing & Sales Manager at Weston Group of Companies, Bernice demonstrated outstanding marketing abilities and customer engagement. She successfully marketed serviced plots and lands, built lasting client relationships, and contributed to the development of annual marketing and work plans with strategic foresight.
