Synbridge Consulting was contracted by the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS) to conduct a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation of its strategic plan spanning the period from 2023 to 2024. The evaluation sought to assess the effectiveness, alignment, and implementation outcomes of the School’s key strategic goals.
The assignment included an in-depth performance review of institutional objectives, consultations with academic and administrative leadership, and stakeholder engagement across departments. Using both quantitative and qualitative data collection tools, the evaluation identified achievement gaps, strengths, and areas requiring strategic adjustment.
Findings were presented through a structured report containing actionable recommendations to enhance UGBS’s delivery of academic excellence, research output, student services, and regional impact. Synbridge's evidence-based approach ensured that the results reflected both measurable progress and qualitative improvements in institutional performance.
Beyond data analysis, Synbridge facilitated internal feedback sessions to support organizational learning and ownership of the results. The project contributes significantly to building a performance-driven culture within UGBS and aligns with national goals on tertiary education quality enhancement.
