Synbridge Consulting was engaged by Plan International Ghana to conduct the endline evaluation of the PASEWAY Project, a major youth employment initiative targeting vulnerable young people across Greater Accra, Ashanti, and Northern Regions. This evaluation focused on assessing the project’s impact in skills development, vocational placement, and employer partnerships.
The assignment involved fieldwork across three regions, employing both qualitative and quantitative tools to gather data from youth beneficiaries, training institutions, and private sector partners. The analysis highlighted the program’s success in improving employability and revealed critical insights for enhancing future youth-focused interventions in Ghana.
The project also assessed the sustainability of employment linkages and entrepreneurial opportunities created during the intervention. Findings contributed to Plan Ghana’s broader learning framework and informed recommendations for scaling similar models in other regions.
Synbridge’s role in the PASEWAY endline evaluation reflects its expertise in Monitoring and Evaluation for donor-funded programs and its ability to generate actionable insights for national development stakeholders.
